We’re an undercover guest who captures beautiful behind-the-scenes moments so your wedding is remembered for years to come. You'll receive hundreds of photos and videos within 24 hours of your big day.

How does it work?

Our team will arrive nice and early, ready to document your story. We'll introduce ourselves and then we'll fade into the background, busily capturing memories.

We will collate hundreds of pictures and videos in an online album, ready for you to view and share within 24 hours. We always aim to ensure you'll have a few photos to look through as soon as possible. You can find more about how it works here.

Do you replace our photographer?

We’re not there to replace your photographer, we are an addition. We work with them to capture your love story. With our service, you can relive a taste of your special day within 24 hours while you wait for your professional photographs

Will you work well with our photographer and videographer?

We have years of experience working with photographers and videographers. We will work with your media team to capture your love story.

Question 5

Do you travel for weddings?

Accepted Answer

We travel across the UK and Europe for weddings. Travel up to 50 miles from our base in Coventry is included in each of our packages. We're happy to travel further (an additional cost of 45p per mile will apply).

Are you a Destination Wedding Content Creator?

Question 7

How much is the deposit and when will I need to pay?

Accepted Answer

We require a £250 deposit upon booking. This deposit will secure your date. The rest of the payment will be due 4 weeks before your big day.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our preferred payment method is bank transfer. We can also take credit card payments through Paypal (a 4% transaction fee will apply*).

*At least 4% depending on Paypal's latest fees.

Do you require a meal?

For packages over 6 hours, we do require a break and we kindly request a meal so we can be at our best for the rest of the wedding.

How and when do I receive my content?

Your wedding content creator will collate hundreds of pictures and videos in an online album, ready for you to view and share. You will be sent a Dropbox link via email or Whatsapp within 24 hours.

What equipment do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use a mix of the latest phones including iPhone 14 Pros, 15 Pro Maxs, image stabilisation gimbals, portable lighting and lapel microphones.

Can I have more than one creator at my wedding?

Of course! Ollie and Lydia are a husband and wife team who work really well together. Let us know if you’re interested in both of us attending.

Do you need a reserved seat during the ceremony or on our seating plan?

Accepted Answer

We don't require you to reserve us a seat during your ceremony or reception. During the day, we will move around and capture your day from the best angles.
